Our Mission: Providing superior service through innovative property and lease management while driving income and leveraging expenses. 

Realty Management supports stores and clubs through out the United States with regards to property issues whether the property is owned or leased after the store or club opens for business. We handle various requests from interested third parties including but not limited to ground leases, cell tower leases, modifications of restrictive covenants , billboard leases, easement requests, and condemnations. In addition, we manage common area maintenance obligations and billings.
